Beauty Foods

Food is the ultimate medicine for keeping your skin glowing and in check. Load up on healthy fats such as avocado, oily fish and nuts. If you have a sweet tooth (hey, me too!), try and enjoy berries that are low in sugar yet still super sweet and tasty. Avoid the fake sugars 100%. And for any of you chocolholics (hey there, again!), dark chocolate is your best friend. The darker the better too. I'm a big fan of 85% - the perfect balance. 
Fizzy drinks and alcohol will also encourage pesky blemishes so drink up on big glasses of water throughout the day. Add a slice or two of fresh lime or lemon to keep things exciting and tasty.
